I have a dell vostro 260 running windows 10. It recently got stuck in a windows boot screen and after extensive troubleshooting I found that the only way to get it to boot was to disable the onboard lan in the system bios. I’m not sure what caused this problem, but I would like to get my lan back working properly. The Ethernet adapter is a Realtek adapter but I can no longer see the specifics to share because with the lan disabled it has removed the adapter from the device manager. I’m assuming there was a windows update that caused this since the computer was attempting to restart overnight w
