My issue is difficult to explain and there is a lot of problems...- New PC, built from scratch in 2022, initially installed Windows 10 on m.2 - 1TB Gigabyte Aorus (Ryzen 5950x CPU and Gigabyte Aorus Master x570e motherboard).- Performed recent Windows 10 updates during July 2024, including AMD RX 6900 XT GPU driver updates. Turned off PC for an extended period of time, rebooted about a week ago (Aug-2024), no hardware changes, however, applications like network adapters and even display settings were not functioning, could connect to the internet at the time, but could not perform windows upd
