Internet very slow when I open a new window and takes while to go back to it's usual speed

This is a very weird problem that I has encountered recently where the internet takes a while to get it's usual speed after I open a new window.When I close the window and open a new one it becomes slow again.However,if I keep the first window opened it doesn't turn slow again.I tried downloading another navigator(downloaded chrome when I usually use edge) but the problem persists.If I open a first window from any navigator,the navigation is intially very slow.
