How to change age on account when the adin account is lost/dead?

I had 2 Microsoft accounts link to each other. One as a parent one as a kid. they were both my accounts. However, the admin account or parent account is lost. I am not able to change my age on the "kid" account without logging in to the parent account. I don't even know the email for the Admin account.
