i am unable to access sign-in options Also I've noticed some bugs.When I go to:Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options - Settings tab freezes and takes longer to be opened again.When I run the following commands below, i also reboot my pc but the issue persists.C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow Beginning system scan. This process will take some time. Beginning verification phase of system scan. Verification 100% complete. Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
