My laptop recently crashed and boot menu won't allow me to select any options.... What to do?

I was running on windows 11 when my Toshiba Satalite crush.... It's boot menu has 5 options 1 =ODD, 2=HDD/SSD, 3=USB, 4=LAN and last option <enter setup>. Only enter setup is available to select. The USB Lagacy is enabled
