I have a virtual machine (VM) called FS-01 running windows server 2019, which is a file server running on the Hyper-V HV-01 host which is windows server 2019 aswell. Connected to FS-01 is a filedisk, and recently, a large .avhdx checkpoint file of 1.7TB has been created. The merge automatically triggered which I had to cancel and it created another .avhdx file which keeps growing 800GB+When I attempt to merge the disks, I need to restart FS-01, which triggers the merge process. However, this process causes the filedisk to become unusable for the whole company, people who rely on it for their
