Windows serve ignoring reverse proxy?

A while back I installed Plex, Radar, Sonarr etc, on a Windows Server 2022 instance.

 

Recently, I decided to use Nginx proxy manager to use a custom domain with these services. I do this all the time on Linux machines and it always works relatively well.

 

For some reason, when I try it in windows server and visit my custom URL, it bypasses the application I'm trying to access and instead takes me straight to the Windows Server Admin center.

 

I have triple checked that the proxy host configurations are correct and tested on other Linux machines, but if I try to visit the Plex/radar/anything on the windows server, it simply gets bypassed and goes to the server admin panel instead.

 

I confirmed that my inbound firewall rules allow access to the specific ports for those services, and I'm able to RDP into the machine.

 

Am I missing something here? Is there anything else I should be doing?
