[Problem with bluetooth audio devices] My Soundcore Liberty 4 NC Stereo won't connect to my laptop but hands-free AG audio does.

I’m experiencing an issue with Bluetooth audio devices on my Acer Aspire 5 laptop running Windows 10. When I connect my Soundcore by Anker Liberty 4 NC wireless earbuds (and other Bluetooth headphones/earbuds), the device only connects as "Hands-Free AG Audio," and the stereo version shows as grayed out and disconnected. I’ve tried updating Bluetooth drivers, disconnecting and reconnecting the earbuds, adjusting sound settings, and disabling Hands-Free Telephony, but nothing has worked.
