Saving desktop icon arrangement

I work in an office where we are on a server. Each of us has our own profiles and can log in from any computer in the building. I arrange my icons on my desktop the way I like them and know where the all are. Every time I restart my computer, or I.T restarts it for updates, my icons are all over the place and I have to arrange them again. I am not super tech savvy but I do know there will be times I will delete an icon and a few days later its back and eventually it will stay gone but I think it has to do with the server using what it last saved maybe?!?! Anyway, is there a way for m
