I turned on memory integrity, because MS flagged it as a warning, and it crashed my machine so hard I couldn't even get recovery to come up. I was finally able to convince the machine to boot into safe mode and use regedit to turn memory integrity off, which solved the problem. Before that, I turned logging on but I have no evidence anything was sent to MS so I'll post log below.For others who are stuck in the doom loop, I fixed it by booting into safe mode, running regedit and changing the following: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\DeviceGuard\Scenarios\HypervisorEnforcedC
