Hello, Recently my computer began acting ip. The two main problems I noticed were:The icons on my taskbar will randomly shift quickly when I hover over the Start or Search button, or while I am scrolling through things or opening programs.Some Windows program icons (like Settings, Notepad, and Photos,) appear without an icon in the taskbar.File icons have no thumbnails or are the default file icon.Specs:Dell Lattitude 3120Intel Celery (Celeron) processorWindows 11
