I work for an IT helpdesk and we often install software/drivers etc for our users. Recently we have been running into a problem where we attempt to install and when we are required to input our credentials (we usually use our own AD username and password) we are running into it only asking for the password and it has the username as "Technician" with no way to change it and enter in our credentials. Our desktop support has access to the technician account but won't provide us the password for "security reasons." Is there anyway to bypass this and input our own creds? *Edit: The more choices op
