Long story short, Primary DNS died. Secondary DNS did not pick up the slack because it was not configured on all devices. What is the fastest, easiest and most efficient way to change the Primary DNS and add (if blank) the Secondary DNS? Windows Server 2022 to Windows 11 PCs.
