Crashing and graphical issues

Hi all,So this has been an ongoing issue with my PC for the past couple years, but recently it's gotten to be a more common occurrence, so I'm hoping I can find a solution...Whenever a game or program I'm using crashes, there's a tendency for it to break what I assume is my graphics driver.The result is that my wallpaper goes completely black, all desktop icons disappear, and my task bar loses all its icons. I can still move my mouse and interact with the now invisible task bar items though, at least enough for me to restart my PC which fixes most of the issues.Now that alone would be fine (a
