Windows 'ad-ware' and 'bundle-ware'

I have a very efficient anti-virus and internet security program so don't need any Windows protection, or Windows 'updates' or any of the other rubbish 'ad-ware' and 'bundle-ware' Microsoft foists upon me such as 'Onedrive', Powershell, Edge etc. So why can I not just simply and completely delete it all off MY computer? I unfortunately have to use Windows as much of the other software I use was written to work with it, so I can't easily get rid of the Windows rubbish as an OS.I don't want 11 either, probably even more rot than 10 was.Windows 3.1 was good when used with DOS, extremely fast, ver
