Guest Lewis Higgins Posted September 10, 2007 Posted September 10, 2007 Hi all, I have a customer who has installed a new series of Terminal server cals on his windows 2003 box, but when a user connects to it, the only licences issued are termporary device cals and not user cals as they are supposed to be. Any idea what's gone wrong? I'm stumped. any help you could give me would be gratefully received. Lewis
