Hello, this night power cut, the inverter was not enough.

 

This morning, power is back and the Hyper-V server has automatically restarted. Out of my 7 VMs, two Windows Server 2019 VMs are stuck on advanced options at Windows startup. Impossible to go any further. I can open the CMD on X:\

 

Safe mode doesn't work either

 

Do you have any clues?
