Unable to re-activate Windows 10 Pro after motherboard change

My motherboard died so I replaced it with a spare one, using the same cpu and hard drives. Windows (10 Pro) is now demanding to be Activated again. But when activating I get error 0xC004F211, so I run the activating troubleshooter which allows me to say "I recently changed my hardware". I then get a list of devices to choose which one I want to activate, but it doesn't include the one I'm running. Windows was upgraded automatically from 8.1 Pro to 10 Pro some years ago and I have no idea what the Windows 10 license key was. How can I now re-activate this copy of Windows ? Winver says it is
