is there a way to access windows desktop unpon a clean install without internet?

i recently installed a new drive into my laptop, and it doesn't have any of the drivers or firmware i need to use the network adapter on my laptop, but i have a usb with everything downloaded on it. i only cant access the desktop after downloading windows 11 without connecting to the internet but i cant do that without going through the install for all the drivers and firmware. I don't have an ethernet connector on my laptop and i don't have a usb to ethernet adaptor.
