Windows Media Feature Pack not showing up under optional features

I'm trying to set up Medal (software for clipping games) and I need this pack for it to work properly. Everything online says to turn it on in optional features but it's not showing up. I have this installed: Media.WindowsMediaPlayer~~~~0.0.12.0 and I do have media features enabled in Windows Features (turn windows features on or off). I read a few recent things and it sounds like this might be something with the new update if that helps but idk for sure. Any help is greatly appreciated!
