The previous system shutdown was unexpected.

I have a bare metal server with Windows 2019 Datacenter and Hyper-V role in a datacenter. Since setting it up, it randomly seems to shutdown, but it's odd. The console is active with clock display updating, but can't get a login prompt. You can ping it. Any VM running on it works fine. But can't RDP or reach on other ports. And the logs show an unexpected shutdown when this behavior starts, but it still seems "alive" after this time. I eventually have to power cycle it. But if I didn't, VMs would continue to function just fine even though the host server is basically unresponsive.
