it must have been about a month ago, I was looking at my computer normally and an update came up and I did the update. after I did the update my computer suddenly started freezing and shutting down.Sometimes it doesn't turn off, sometimes it does.ag started to occur on the pc too.i have run all DISM (health) commands and sfc command in dmc but my problem is not solved.when the computer shuts down the pc sometimes throws a blue screen and it says windows is not loaded properly.I have encountered this problem before for the same reason, so I formatted my computer via usb. Formatting solves it fo
