I cannot access my microsoft account tied to my deceased wife's email address.

I need access to my microsoft account that is tied to my deceased wife's email account and phone number. My computer and apps are tied to our joint email account that I cannot access. I cannot chat or discuss the account and recovery, now locked. (ridiculous)My computer windows activation is tied to the account and I cannot access the email nor the old phone number associated with microsoft account. Same reason I cannot access the email, I no longer have her original phone available nor an alternate email ever setup.I have tried to reset the password and account until the limit through the
