My account still thinks im a child

So basically when i made my microsoft account i accidentally set it as 2013 for my age instead of 2004, i finally got that fixed and got access to my games again for my pc, but whenever i try to launch spotify or minecraft, it wont let me go on either, it says i need to email the parent of the group(im the only one in the family group) so idk why its asking for that, when they ran fine before but recently started being locked for me, and before all of that happened my computer was locked from 9am to 5pm causing me to not be able to work on my school stuff, but after i changed my parental group
