How do I resolve this error message when I power up even though all

applications appear to work

Well, that file name and error indicate a partially-healed virus or malware

infection, so you use something like msconfig or HijackThis to locate the

launcher and delete the reference.

 

Basically, this message means that your anti-virus program detected some

malware, and removed it, but didn't remove the startup references it had

created. But the reference may be to a file of another name, so you may

need to investigate each entry.
