I had a question regarding being removed from a family in MS Family Safety

Hi, I was asking on behalf of a friend who set up an account back in 2020. When he did, the computer set his date of birth to 2020 making him only 4 years old, even though is an older gentleman. Therefore in microsoft family he is listed as a child and the organiser, however. we cannot access the organiser account as he only has one email address. We contacted the help chat and they were a great help, however, they could not solve the issue either and referred us to here.
