touch keyboard and writing panel service is missing after resetting my pc.Can it be restored?How can i bring it back?I have taken help from Microsoft support they helped to clean installation of windows, but it didn't help either. Service is not available.because of missing service, I cannot use my pen.Touch keyboard is not opening/ appearing when i tap with my pen in text area or search fields while opening with fingertips. It was present and working before resetting my PC.I took the help from HP support and Microsoft support both.They tried all way to bring it back but didn't able to bring o
