Is it possible to login or get a password to a “user account”

I bought a pc like 1-2 months ago and when i turned it on for the first time im pretty sure i had a “user” account and didnt need a password or pin. Fast forward a month and i spill water on my keyboard so i couldnt use my pc for a couple weeks and now when i go onto my pc my user account needs a password?? Keep in mind i was hacked, things like ubisoft, spotify and microsoft (i got all of them back and changed emails passwords etc) but i didnt think you could make an account have a password… even if i cant is there a easy way i can delete everything like steam microsoft store games etc so i c
