ssd locked itself and i cant get back into it

Earlier today, I plugged my SSD (formatted to NTFS) into a mac (I usually use windows). While on the mac the SSD locked, I thought nothing of it at the time and thought it was just a mac thing. After returning home, I plugged it into my laptop and got the message "d is not accessible incorrect function". When I go to properties, there is no security tab. Any attempts to troubleshoot using windows, cmd, etc do not work and I have found no forum posts that solve my problem. Help much appreciated, Thanks!
