Hello, I bought my laptop from America and I have Windows original, but I didn't activate BitLocker, after 3 years it gives BitLocker error. I had a Microsoft account. But nothing is registered in the device account. 1 time, when I logged into the Microsoft account, a message came that this is your new recovery key because the previous one is not available. I took a screenshot of it and after turning the laptop off and on, it was fixed. But it gives this error again and my keyboard doesn't work because it has both letters and numbers, please guide me, I have a lot of information that I need 😭
