Duplicate entries in Device manager leading to "This device cannot start. (Code 10) error" on USB Audio Interface

I have recently purchased a new Windows 11 laptop (Thinkpad T14 Gen 5 AMD), but when connect my existing audio interface (Numark Scratch) it does not show as an available audio device. In device manager, I see 2 entries for the Numark Scratch - one which has an exclamation mark. When i check the properties of this device, it's giving me the "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" error. This appears to be using the USB Audio 2 driver (the manufacturer is showing as Microsoft).The other entry in device manager (which is not showing an error) appears to be using a (Generic USB audio) driver.The Nu
