Problems with Windows 10, Control Panel not accessible, Audio not enabled, Taskbar not working and so on...

Hello Microsoft Support/Community,I am experiencing too many failures in Windows 10 version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.4842), have faced blue screen errors for DRIVER STATE FAILURE, along with no access to Control Panel, it opens and closes immediately, task bar is not working, when clicking on Windows logo to open menu, noting opens, Audio is not enabled i.e. No Audio Output device is enabled; only accessible control panel is with Windows key + R with Control/Control panel command which is most probably windows 8 based control panel.i have run the SFC /SCANNOW command and the DISM command numerous
