Does the "Windows Backup" Settings sync actually work?

I've been trying to figure this out all day and getting nowhere.The agency I work with has 100+ computers, the were all local accounts on each and recently we joined them to Intune. The plan was to allow preferences to carry from one computer to another if they are reassigned or given a new computer.Edge syncs fine, OneDrive files sync fine (Intune policy automatically moves folders to OneDrive to keep them current and all that). But.. the System Settings don't sync.First I checked policies - made sure all policies have the sync allowed or enabled, and it seems to work. Then I saw that it c
