Battery icon stuck at 39%, even plugged in for hours and while unplugged for hours. But you can see when is plugged in and unplugged. Any ideas?

HeySo i have tried alot of stuff check list below:- reinstall the hole thing- Redirecting Redirecting i have tried, these three solutions and now im lost.Laptop Model - HP Laptop 15s-eq2009no(429P6EA)Laptop is only two years old.
