Unable to load and access Today's Event on Microsoft Solitaire Collection on public Wi-Fi

I can't access the events on Microsoft Solitaire Collection on this public Wi-Fi. When I am connected to a public Wi-Fi: SWLR, it won't load Today's Event and I can't access it. Plus, I am getting "Problème de connexion Internet, Nous avons un problème de connexion au service Solitaire. Voulez vous réessayer?" which translates to "Internet Connection Problem, We're having trouble connecting to the Solitaire service. Would you like to try again?"And also, I am getting another error when I click on "L'événement aujourd'hui" which translates to "Today's Event" and it shows "Événements non disponi
