general question on terminal services

I have some general questions regarding terminal services. I'm studying for

my 70-290 exam through prep logic and they didn't include any info on

terminal services.

 

Is there a good article out there that gives a general overview of what it

is, how it works, it's limitations, uses, etc.

 

I understand the remote desktop protocol and web services in IIS. I don't

know if they are related.
