I cannot access my apps and tried fixing it with cmd and task manager (both on administrator), but i had all permissions on allowed and i'm the only one using my computer, this all started when a sudden Windows 11 upgrade popped up when i booted up my pc, i pressed decline and tried to just stick with Windows 10, then my pc restarted and my apps went like a blank icon and i can't open my task manager even as administrator, tried fixing it with cmd again as an administrator but nothing worked and this message popped up after like 15-30 sec.
