My Taskbar isn't functional, and when I go into Updates in Settings it won't load. Windows 10

This all happened after I was changing my sound settings, because my airpods have horrible mic quality on it. After changing it and playing Valorant, right after joining a game to change my volume settings, I couldnt get to my desktop through the taskbar, and none of my applications that were on my taskbar were there anymore, and the ones that were open weren´t being displayed through the taskbar. I later asked ChatGPT on how to fix said issue, and was following the steps throughout the powercell thing, troubleshooting which just didn´t start even after waiting half an hour, and when going to
