Why does it say 'No Internet, Secured' or make 'wifi 2' hotspot that also doesn't work?

I installed a free vpn app on my Lenovo laptop, windows 10 being my current os, but after deleting the vpn app my wifi stopped working. I can connect to any wifi I want, but it always says 'No Internet, secured'. I tried to do all of the following:1. Just restart2. Network reset3. Cmd network reset commands array4. Disable/enable the wifi adapter (which is Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260) in network adapter settings5. Uninstall the said adapter driver in device manager6. Show hidden devices in device manager, then delete all of the suspicious stuff7. Check if any of the network services (like WLAN
