Option to turn on Bluetooth is not displayed, Reinstalling the divers doesnt work

Hello,after my PC crashed, after launching a Steam game, I can no longer activate my Bluetooth in the respective settings Window.The option just doesnt appear anymore.I have tried to search for new drivers using the update tool inbedded in Windows and through the device manager, but none of those options could solve the Problem.I have seen the video by microsoft that deals with the issue of bluetooth connectivity, but none of the options presented there could help me.Is there something i can do?Thanks in advance
