Intermittent Crashes Caused by "Windows Hardware Error"

My new gaming PC is experiencing random and intermittent crashes caused by "Windows Hardware Errors." It's occurred while gaming, browsing, watching YouTube, and even at the login screen. When it happens, my monitors show a black screen, and the fans start acting funny. Sometimes I can still hear the audio for a while. I typically perform a hard shutdown when this happens, but I have been patient a few times and noticed it eventually reboot itself. When I look into the "Windows Hardware Error," I typically see one or more of these "Problem Event Names":LiveKernalEvent 117LiveKernalEvent 141Liv
