Factory reset my computer, keeping no files, fresh install.no availChecked for Work or School Accounts:Opened Settings > Accounts > Access work or school.Disconnected any listed work or school accounts. (there were none)Modified Registry Settings:Opened Registry Editor and navigated to:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Policy ManagerHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\PolicyManager\default\DefenderChecked for and deleted any rogue policies. (there were none) Used Command Prompt to Remove Policies:Opened Command Prompt as Administrator and ran the following
