When i open any apps or anything white screen open itself except taskbar but everything works and only click on peek to desktop makes it disappear if

After installation of windows 10 my laptop works fine but when i open any apps or even when i click on start or open any thing in background white screen appears but task bar is seen and only click to peek to desktop makes it disappear .Even if i open any thing and after finishing i exit but there is white screen except taskbar and the click on peek to desktop makes it disappear every time when i open anything white screen always opens except taskbar but one click on peek to desktop makes it disappear but again one click on peek to desktop makes it appear. And after making it disappear when we
