i can not login in windows 11.The user profile service failed to sign in.how to fixit

hi,i had some problems with my default user account in windows 11.so i installed a popular software to remove these problems. There are many options in this software,sfc .scannow,chkdsk and DISM included.i selected an option in this software to make a temporary account (Account profile fixer temporary Account) .next time running this application had an option to delete temporary profile folder. I selected this option and ran the application.This application was taking a long time to delete this folder.so closed this application in the middle.next time when i restarted the computer i failed to
