It seems my pc deleted a bundle of my files and i have no idea what to do

I was downloading a Software update for my Anker camera and the update crashed. Once i noticed that happened i closed it aswell as my Opera gx and Obs and saw all of my apps had been scattered on my screen and some missing an icon. My task bar icons were replaced with blank paper icons so I restarted my pc to make sure i wasn’t mistaken and it was still there. When i try to open opera it gives me an error saying “ side by side configuration is incorrect and some of my other apps that i can open it had reset my info. So far i can’t see any signs that might point to why this is occurring but any
