Can I use a USB webcam with Windows Studio Effects on an ASUS desktop PC with a Neural Processing Unit and latest update ?

Hi everyone, I’m about to buy an ASUS desktop PC that comes with a neural processing unit, offering over 40 teraflops of processing power. I want to know if I can connect a USB webcam, like one from Logitech or other brands, to my computer and use it with Windows Studio Effects. Will the NPU handle the enhanced effects, or are there specific camera requirements? Any advice or experiences would be appreciated!
