Windows 11 updated and now it just says "user" and "your password has expired and must be changed"

Windows 11 updated and now it just says "user" and "your password has expired and must be changed", I updated my password on my phone but it won't sign me in on my PC as my PC is not trying to sign into my personal Windows account. It must be the admin account. When I call for help MICROSOFT keeps auto hanging up on me beacuse it says it can't update passwords. But I never had a password on this admin account. How am I supposed to sign in? I've never set my computer to need a password to sign in. PC was custom built and I've had it for about two months. I do not have an option to change accoun
