Can't log in to any offline Microsoft apps

Hi, I recently bought Minecraft and was preparing to install it, but I noticed that I couldn't log in to the Microsoft Store app. The sign in button is present, but clicking on it prompts nothing. No error, warning or other window, no response at all. My Xbox app was previously logged in via some method (unsure how, I don't own an Xbox), but it must be tied to my Store app since logging out made me unable to log back in. I also own Microsoft Office, and my account has an error logging in. Attempting to sign out and in results in this error message:Correlation Id: 0a6c1867-3faf-4a44-bbf7-80b5a1
