I have tried everything the web has told to fix this problem but nothing worked, and in the services app the windows installer is not there to start or stop and I assume something has happened to disable or remove the service from my device. I need this fixed as soon as it can because i cant install any new versions of microsoft c++ and cant download updates for new applications that i use everyday.
